Strike System
The strike system is designed to ensure accountability and maintain high standards among staff members. Strikes are issued for violations of the staff handbook, misconduct, or failure to uphold staff responsibilities.
How Strikes Work
- Strikes may be given for any breach of conduct, abuse of powers, or failure to follow procedures.
- Strikes are issued by Managers or higher ranks only, following a fair review of the incident.
- Each strike remains active for two weeks from the date it is issued. After this period, the strike expires and is removed from your record.
- Accumulating three active strikes results in automatic removal from the staff team, regardless of rank or tenure.
Strike Process
- Investigation: The incident is reviewed by management, and the staff member is given an opportunity to explain their actions.
- Issuance: If a violation is confirmed, a strike is formally issued and recorded.
- Notification: The staff member is notified of the strike, the reason, and the expiration date.
- Appeal: Staff may appeal a strike if they believe it was unjust. Appeals are reviewed by senior management.
Examples of Strike-Worthy Offenses
- Abusing staff powers for personal gain
- Ignoring staff duties or repeated inactivity
- Disrespecting players or other staff
- Bypassing the chain of command
- Failing to act with integrity or impartiality
Notes
- Strikes are not meant to punish, but to correct behavior and uphold standards.
- Management may issue immediate removal for severe misconduct, even without three strikes.
- All strike decisions are documented for transparency.
