Community Rules

1.1 – Be Respectful

TSO does not accept any form of bullying, harassment, racism, or bigotry towards other players or members of the community.

1.2 – Advertisements

Do not use our servers to promote your own community unless affiliated with TSO. This includes, but is not limited to, Discord invite links, website links, PayPal links.

1.3 – Self Promotion

In parallel to Rule 1.2, we encourage you to share your Twitch streams or YouTube videos in the correct Discord channel. It is up to other members to check out your content. Spam will not be tolerated. If you do not engage with the community and only post your content links everywhere, this will be deemed as spam. Advertising your content is a luxury given to members of the community.

1.4 – Exploiting & Third-Party Software

You may not use any software or means of gaining an advantage over other members, including but not limited to auto clickers and auto typers. This rule extends across all our servers as well as SweetsIO Twitch Game.

1.5 – Alternate Accounts

You may not use an alternate account to avoid a ban or farm items to give to another account. We have software to detect this and it will result in both accounts being banned.

1.6 – Impersonation

Anyone found impersonating someone else, whether a member or staff, will be given a warning and, if continued, a ban from our network.

1.7 – Spamming

Spamming within Discord is not permitted, whether to level up your account quicker or to annoy/troll others. You will be given a warning and, if persistent, a ban. Depending on the nature of the spam, no warning may be given and you may be banned immediately.

1.8 – Use the Reporting System

If someone is breaking a rule, follow the correct procedure to report that user to a member of staff.

1.9 – Compliance

Staff may interpret the rules to ensure a fair outcome for all. The say of any staff member is absolute and shall not be argued. If you feel you have been unfairly treated, please create a ticket in the Discord server.
